Hello...
Please can you point me in the right direction for something I'm going to be fussy over!
Bit time poor for this as its for my looming birthday and it will prob need to be ordered by my kind person who has offered to buy it..or them!
I need a silk that will fit my Onyx Skull cap..but I really am not keen on the lycra ones. I would love a silk (polyester or whatever they are) that is like the traditional ones with the long tapes that you tie up in front (and eternally come undone!) they used to make these for racing & also for bespoke colours for the older style hats. I've not found any that fit the new hats so does anyone know where i can find some?(online hopefully)
Colour wise I would ideally like a combination of either (light with dark )blue/pink/lilac that type of colour scheme or purple with lilac or baby blue with lilac (my favourite)or blue with blue/pink with pink or purple /pink with lilac. If I could find this type of colour in a smaller chequered pattern (not big like quarters). I guess I could like with shorter pre tied tapes as long as its not lycra
I'm open to pattern options too if anyone has links or pics.
Secondly, please can you show me your smart black, navy or chocolate silks..does anyone have any blingy ones?subtle I mean(..tho i would love to try riding out with a disco ball style one that would be mildly amusing for terrifying traffic into slowing down! ) I'm happy to have silk or velvet for the smart one and diamante twinkles (just for amusement!)
The only type I really don't like are the 'peak over' ones as they look a bit odd (tho if you have one..I think you look gorgeous in it!)
