Hiya
I'm looking for a) some cheap (under £30) but tough/heavy duty jods for every day mucking out, riding etc. Preferably dark coloured but not too fussed.
And b) some slightly less cheap (but still not over £50) jods or breeches for competing- would like more of a tan/beige rather than cream or canary.

I like full seat ones too (though obviously for the competition ones they'd have to be fairly subtle).

Any recommendations? Currently browsing Rideaway and Equestrian Clearance.

Thanks :D

i bought a pair of derby house ones (full swede seat) for just under £50, bargain for the quality and great for hunting/competition! for general day to day i live in my just togs!

Thanks lydia, got to admit I'd automatically dismissed Derby House because they're so notorious for being unreliable with deliveries, but looking at the jods now and there does seem a really good range!! Will have a look for the competition ones they sound ideal. Is it very cynical of me to be wondering why they're so relatively cheap?! Like I say, never really looked much at the website before.

Gingey I can't see on my phone but where are you from? As our local saddlery has HKM full seat jods in white\beige\canary (and some black) for £20. That's at the diamond saddlery in wolverhampton. Obviously no good if you're miles away!!

For my every day jods I've got harry hall + gallop black jods, durable and comfy :)

sophiebailey, I'm definitely not near to Wolverhampton unfortunately, other side of the country to me! Do you know if the saddlery delivers though? Because even if they charge a few quid for postage it would still be a pretty great price!! :) Thanks!
