I'm looking for leathers that I can pop on my Christ Lammfelle bareback pad occasionally. (Yes, I know. As I said, occasionally.) Unfortunately, the stirrup bar is a solid ring, so standard t-bars won't work. I've tried normal leathers but they feel really bulky and, with it being a bareback pad, I feel that pressure transfers to the horse.

I've seen the Barefoot ones for sale (https://www.horsedream.co.uk/collections/sheepskin-accessories/products/dressage-leathers) but they're too long. Because of the position of the stirrup bar, I need the leathers short enough that I can ride with them at 15"/38cm.

Has anyone seen really short ones for sale? Or can recommend somewhere to get them made?

Just get the saddler to shorten them, I bought some lovely secondhand WOW ones that were too long, was an easy and cheap fix.
