Hey :)

My new boy is young and is a little all over the place with his legs sometimes. I was looking to get him a pretty standard pair of brushing boots just for schooling etc.

I tried all sorts of boots I had had from my previous horses on him, and nothing fitted. I bought Tri-zone Extra-Large brushing boots for him ( the only extra large ones the saddlery had) and they dont fit :( They just about go around on the first and second strap but the third just wont go around. Seems they are too long.

He has about 9.75" of bone, and id say relatively short cannons for the width. (short chunky legs like his mum :o who also struggles to get riding boots to fit :p)

I have used bandages in the past, and I really dont like them. Probably more down to me lacking the technique to ensure they stay secure - I worry when im on about one unravelling.

Ive had a look at some alternative - like the equilibrium stretch and flex, maybe the flexibilty will work for him.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Thanks
