someone said my horse was short crouped is this good or bad? lol

And what is it etc

Do they mean short coupled ?

Usually means short backed. Not a bad thing, and can be desirable for show jumping. Just depends on how short the back is

Yes coupled that was it!!! ill try and add a photo ... trying to suss it out

Heres my boy, hes 2.5 in the photo ( havent got any recent ones). Hes short coupled. Got good marks from the BEF in the SJ section, so cant be too bad a thing !!

Horse physio explained it to me as the neck should be 1 third the length, hind quarters 1 third and everything in the middle a third. My boy is 2 halves instead of 3 thirds. His neck is a whole half leaving the rest of him very short coupled but he's fab.
