My calfs are 15" long and 15" wide and i've got tredstep boots and gaiters nd there so comfortable nd the only ones that fit me at all

I have short wide legs, and have just purchased some Mark Todd long leather boots from ebay, and they fit beautifuly, they also arrived the day after I ordered them.

I am another with short fat legs, and I got a wide fit Mountain Horse pair. They are really comfy, and sturdy! Think they were about £100 ish.

ive got a pair of the english gaiter company ones .. willing to sell them never been used! (bought then i lost weight) 18-19 inch wide and 15 inch high.. pm me if they may be any good.

PMSL at people who think that "fat" legs fit into Ariat Bromonts! Yes, your legs may be slightly wider than the norm, but trust, me, "fat" legs don't fit Ariat long boots, unless 15" calves count as obesely fat.

I would say my legs are chunky rather than fat, but I still seem to need extra wide fitting boots and then I have to go for a size up (8 rather than 7) to get something I can get on! Admittedly they are cheap boots, but the boot manufacturers do seem to be under the illusion that we all have matchstick legs! Finding something to fit is an absolute nightmare! I've given up trying to find a pair of smart boots and have decided that when my baby is ready for competition it will be gaiters and jodhpur boots, and I have cheapo rubber boots for hunting!
