Shorts at Burghley??

My hubby doesn`t like wearing trousers unless he has to, even during the winter he wears shorts to work!! Looking at the long range forecast he wants to wear shorts this weekend, is that acceptable??
We`ve got VIP tickets but he does have gorgeous legs!!

your in the members area where I think dress code is 'casual' so I don't see a problem. my tickets finally arrived today as well

Especially grey or black socks with "jesus wellies". As a nation, the British really do not do dressing for warm weather at all well.

LOL no wellies for him, he has got Jesus Sandals that he wears for special occasions

My OH insists on wearing trainers with shorts complete with socks, looks bloody awful IMO no way did I pick him for his dress sense lol!

How about those long trousers with the zip off leg-bottoms? Then he could put the legs on for the VIP/Members areas

Thats a good idea, he has got a pair of those.

Hubby has got pretty good dress sense thankfully apart from one pair of shoes that I absolutley detest but he insists on keeping as they are comfy
