should i be able to get my money back on this?

I brought a wintec isabelle worth dressage saddle less than 3 weeks ago.It has the adjustable gullet and is the flock version.While it fits my horse beautifully I find it causes my back to really hurt( i had severe spinal whiplash previously)and so I can't ride in it. I paid 250 for it and I know that they cost over 600 to buy new.Do you think if I advertise it I would be able to get my money back okay or do you think I would be better off either putting it on ebay and taking my chances or part exchanging it at a saddlers?
