should i clip

do you think i should clip 15.2 arab got a little bit hairy very fit competes weekly and sweats when schooling after 15 minutes - has hunter trial in less than 2 weeks and its a long course but he wont stable without my other 4 and they wont be in till november - will he be ok turned out with fleece and heavyweight with neck?

I have clipped one of mine as he was getting really peed off and itchy when working. He has full clip and out with rug and neck cover. He will stay out until oct/nov as long as it doent rain( he hates the wet).

i would clip him and rug him and leave him out! some of mine are fully clipped (and hunt) from the fields. well fed and plenty of hay or haylage. putting horses in stables is a human thing! (as is clipping before i get shot down) but they stay warmer moseing around in field than standing still in a 12 by 12 (box walkers an exception but the mess?)
