me and my welsh d math have taken up working hunter and tbh hes won the 3classes iv entered him in so far at our local riding club there holding the working hunter champs for everyone over the nw who have qualified they also do the showjumping
a girl whos very competative (sp) at our yard has also qual in the same class and when i competed against her i won.
iv just been speaking to my friend who said shes having lessons from the guy who judges the working hunter and well even though its unaff i feel a bit miffed about it
tbh math is more of a working hunter pony however her boy is nice like a ''common cob'' black long mane feathers big blaze well now shes hogged him to look like a show cob and yes he is nice and he has a better show than math because math likes to play up but then again math jumps better
Anyyy way im just wondering should i speak to someone about this or leave it i dont want bad vibes on the yard and i guess we go in a give it all and if she beats us she does its only local and i want math to do county next year so its just expericance =]
 
Leave it, just because the guy gives her a lesson doesnt mean he will place her over anyone else who is better on the day
 
TBH this could work either way, the judge could actually judge his client harsher because he/she's got their reputation to uphold and wouldn't want to be known as biased, if like you say it's pretty even you jump better she shows better then, I'd personally leave it and see what happens on the day.

i thought that but apparently its sorta seacret thats why she got the lessons for the 2weeks im in work =/ but tbh they might get a diffrent judge in altogether since my riding club are holding it the other riding clubs might feel our judge will put our horses first =]
i will leave her to her ''plan'' :) x
tbh im having lessons with joanne shaw soon and i hear she pretty good with the old working hunter :) x
