should i get the cyst on my pony's nose removed?

Hi my name is Tillie,

my pony has a cyst on his nose that doesn't seem to bother him or hurt him. The vets have said that we can leave it or have it operated on. what do you think we should do?

If it doesn't bother him - leave it. As long as your vet is happy.

I would leave well alone unless it starts to get bigger.

Thank you for your suggestions. it hasnt changed size at all and i can touch it and hes fine! Also can you please tell me how to get pictures on here so that can have him as my profile picture. thanks.
