should i plait him?

so were going to a local showon sunday and my conemarras mane looks awful! half of it looks great but then the bottom part of his mane is half the length of the rest !!
so should i pull it to all the same length and plait it or leave it like that
i want to do best turned out, family pony and some jumping
what does evryone think

Pull it to the point so it's all the same length and leave it natural from there as he's a native

well the only problem is that would be about the length of my finger!! that wouldnt look right would it?
also we dont think hes pure conemarra possibly some cob, welsh mountain or even arab in there does that make any difference?

Plait your not doing an m&m class. Also if he is not registered he should be plaited anyway as he is not classed as an m&m. (thats why Lucy was hogged, She was not reg so therefore wasn't classed as a welshie at all )
