My body for being completely incapable of walking across the yard with Horse on a bit of ice in a reasonable manner?

I don't expect it to be thin anymore or be able to keep up with the youth on the dance floor, but i fully expect both Legs to be able to go one in front of the other whilst working in close collaboration with Brain and Inner Ear Balance.

Their argument was that I was negligent for wearing a 4 year old pair of Hunter wellies that are not able to cope with the current weather conditions, i feel this is unreasonable as they were really expensive.

As a result of me going A over T and Horse ducking out to the left, my poor shoulder has torn muscles and I simply cannot dress (or undress!) myself without it hurting. Am so annoyed!

So, should I sue? :)

Well, Feet have complained about the Hunter Wellies in the past. That they are cold and they rub. Vanity has piped up int the arguement that as they were expensive they should be worn so that people think I am cool.

Tricky, personally, I feel that Legs, Brain & Inner Ear Balance are to blame. I know for a fact that Brain is over-worked and most likely not to have been paying attention and that Legs are achey from the jumping practice they day before (they have been lazy and not working properly, clearly).

Well clearly you have a case.

I would claim under my insurance and go for a replacement body - new for old.

I believe a new head comes free with a new body, but not sure if new Hunter wellies come fitted as standard but if you can go for an Aigle upgrade, much better wellies :)

Well, I would quite like a replacement body actually. Especially a face upgrade and waist downsizing. I am not sure the insurance would pay for these considering neither were involved in the incident. I might go bash Face against a wall and see if I can claim on that too... ;)

(Am thinking about an Aigle upgrade actually. have heard is well worth it.)
