Should I use a Stud Guard/ Stud Girth?

Millie doesn't wear studs BUT she does like to tuck her legs up when she jumps like this....

I have seen people use them without studs so was wondering if I should use one on Mil? Would a stud guard protect her a bit more or is there no need for one without studs?

Unless it's causing her a problem - ie she's catching her elbows etc - then I wouldn't worry.

She looks happy enough, it she wasn't happy she wouldn't want to jump.
