well after the allies had completely demolished the guy's house he took half a cigar case out of it.
He's been made to hand it in to the police and may face prosecution.

mmmm but he does also have subsequent letter from the owner giving it to him!!!(tariq Aziz) - think thats possibly relevant!!!
