Shoulder Guard Q

Pony has a Thermatext rug that tends to rub her around the shoulders.

I'm looking at the Weatherbeeta Shoulder guards, and wondering whether to get the basic satin version, or the deluxe cotton one. The satin is a lot cheaper, but to me it looks like it would be much better at reducing the friction.

Would anyone be willing to share their experiences with either please?

Not weatherbeeta, but I have had both satin and quilted cotton and I much prefer the satin, which does its job perfectly and is very easy to wash. The cotton one is somewhere under a pile of rugs at the bottom of a chest.

I've the weatherbeeta satin one too. Really affordable, durable and no rubs at all. Buy two so you can put one in the wash. Use the tab on the inside so they don't twist.
