has anyone got any comments about these? anyone used one?

i have recently had an injury to my arm and although its fine now i seem to notice myeslf subconciosly holding it to my body which brings my shoulder forwards slightly and therefore my hand is creeping whither-wards

i was thinking one of these might help me know when im doing it, although im trying to sort it out my body is obviously trying to compensate for remembered pain...

I've tried one and it's quite good, although if you wash it too much it gets a bit loose. I keep mine for dressage competitions and lessons with one instructor I go to who screams at me for my bad posture! I had years of of just hacking with my old semi-retired horse so I picked up some bad haibts. I also tied a bit of elastic to a hair bobble and to the top of my jods which served as a good reminder not to slouch foward, it would just pull enough to be uncomfortable, but I didn't feel it at all if I sat up properly!

no problem there, i just wont wash it very often, lol

think i'll get one then.cant hurt can it

Ive got one, TBH Ive barely used it. Its good but I feel it doesnt put you in the right place automatically - if you put your shoulders forward then it just pulls a bit so is uncomfy until you move your shoulders back so its a reminder rather than a fixer if that makes sense?!
