show classes clashing!

Dont you just hate it when you look at a show schedule and there are lots your horse can do and for say there is 6 classes you are only able to do 2 as they all will clash or are on at the same time in different rings! GRRR

If you ask the show secretary on their entry numbers and how long the classes might run a few days before to give an idea as to the timing, many unaffil seem to run at radically different times than you might imagine and most friendly shows often wait for you or let you run between jumping and showing rings

Have lost so much money on missed classes its unreal. I always go with the opinion it is either a jumping show or a showing show so there is no clashing there and try to stick to classes in the same ring unless there is really something you want to do in another. Also just enter the classes you know you will do best in, will save lots of time and money in the end. You can always go pop round a clear round if your waiting around.

did the show today by doing the first class in one ring and the last class in another so it didnt clash lol!
although we waited about 5 mins to start a class as not everyone was in it as they were in another class!!!
