show cob attire.........

What colour gloves are correct for showing a show cob? jacket is green tweed, green tie with cream spots and a velvet navy hat to match collar of jacket.
Light or dark?!
Also pics of people showing their hogged and trimmed out cobs would be useful!

I have similiar colours and wear navy gloves to match my hat etc, but have no idea if that is correct or not?!
