no, not all show cobs are fat, just the vast majority. I have seen very very few, even at higher levels (inc the Highland show) who are less than tubby. Fit, yes, slim, no.

Count me in to . I have a maxi cob who is well covered but considered to be the perfect weight for his frame by my vet!
