So,
I'm not a fan of wearing a collared shirt with a tie, feel like I'm being strangled all day!

For jumping, locals shows only, can I wear a polo neck, or a stock shirt, if I get a stock shirt do I also need the stock tie to go over it?

So many options, what's allowed and 'correct'??
Thanks!

For local shows you can wear pretty much anything (seen girls in hoodies ) so a stock shirt on its own is probably best imo, smart comfy yet casual:D

Yup. Wear a stock shirt :D

There's various styles, either with a seperate flap thing that covers the button, or the neck buttons to the side :D

Daughter and I have a variety!

They also come in tech fabric so you don't end up soaked in sweat

Get a technical fabric stock short - the type with a technical fabric neck that you can't actually fasten a stock to. If ties make you feel like you are being strangled a correctly tied stock will be miles worse and a stock shirt without a stock looks (IMO) a bit daft. But you can get lovely technical fabric shifts with an upright collar, often embroidered, that look like a stock shirt but don't have the button.

I must have a fat neck as I also have this problem! Lol! I got a shirt button extender (eBay) for collar of my showing shirt and no more being strangled.

If you wear a tie say with the skinny part out instead of a deep tie, that can appear more chunky - this does many favours neck-wise i think and find, believe
