what is best horse/pony of show hunter type?? im going to a show on sunday and was wondering whether to enter this class with me new forest. he is pictured below, is he a show hunter type or no??

he is lovely!! I have a NF - they are great arent they
who is his sire/dam - they may be related!! hehe
I as told mine was too chunky for a show hunter as they have to be VERY fine...however working hunter would be acceptable

Show hunters are usually light hack type build, but at local level you can get away with alot more as long as he goes nicely, judges do tend to favour the lighter types though.

his mum is whycome nicky and his dad is pondhead highlight. think might stick to mountain and mooreland then!!
