Show Jacket - Opinions please

I love this jacket, was surprised to find out it was Shires!
The only reason I went for a navy one instead of this one was because at all the events I go to there are barely ever any people in tweed and felt I'd stick out a bit, even if it is technically allowed. But it's really nice, love the collar.

As far as tradition goes, if people actually believe those horrendous pin stripe, short length jackets with diamante all along the pockets and collar are nice and get away with them, I think you shouldn't have any problem :P

Thankyou,, it is lovely isn't it.

Sticking out like a sore thumb is something that worries me:D Not sure I want to draw attention to myself lol,,, I'm usually the very nervous one looking rather sick.

'Tis lovely though, I'm still tempted.
 
I have this jacket and it's a lovely fit and excellent quality - i have do all RC activities and BE in it and have never felt out of place at all. :) but shop about, i got mine for £55 ;)
 
I have that jacket in green check and it's lovely, see my sig pics :) I wear it for everything; showing, unaff dressage and sj and wore it cubbing this year, never felt out of place in it. Mine is on its second life after I fell off during a workers class and my horse trod on it, ripping it all the way up the seam (cms from treading on my back) but it still looks good as new thanks to an amazing seamstress... comes up nicely when dry cleaned too.

Will shop around too, see if I can get it for a better price:)
