Show jumping today..

Well after posting the other day that I didn't want to show jump anymore cos i'm pathetic, I decided to go today!

Did a clear round thing and my horse forgot that he had ever seen a show jump before, but managed to get a clear round.

Then went in BN and it was a different story!! remembered show jumping was actually quite easy and so bezzed round like a mad man, probably not helped by my "Hunting style" riding! anyway, was great fun, although we brought two poles down with us on the way round.

Was quite pleased though considering we haven't cantered a circle or jumped a show jump since september! xx

wasn't that scary at all really! think i must be in a brave mood this yr! he is a good boy bless him, although I've never known a horse grow in confidence so much from one round to the next! In the first one he was like "Help me mum, there are all so scary and colourfull!" and then in the second more "Leave me alone! i know best! this is easy!".

Arr well,at least he enjoyed himself!
