Show me your bling bridles :D

OP would say it would be easier to get a nice bridle & get a custom browband!!
Below is a Pic of my daughters pony's blingy browband! just about to order one for my Mare.

I'd love a v shaped one but the straight browbands sit in a way that disguises the line of colour which is not straight.

I'm a cheapskate so I just got the browband and put it on her old bridle. ;) I agree with you RE continental reins.

PS. I've had the browband ages (I got it when they first made them) and it's not lost any crystals yet. :)

She came with a rubbish brown one and I want black so I am torn as to what to do either buy a cheap black one and the browband or just bash the plastic for a nice one that should last for a long time.

Get a good quality one and it will last for years. :) I keep an eye on ebay, you can sometimes pick up new Kieffers (and other makes) for reasonable prices.

This is Ted in his pink bling bridle.

That's better Enfys! How about this Spanish delight for understated? I'm not even sure the bits crossing over the face are even pretending the have a purpose...

...... and more here, I think you really need a particular type of horse to carry the look off (lots of hair, big neck, noble head blah, blah, blah a tb would look ridiculous)

Rowan in patent, rolled premiera bridle ( I loooveee it as leather is so rediculously soft its unreal)

Dancer in premiera bridle as a double with her eurostar fly hat (think noseband is a tad too chunk for her but the rolled leather really helps on her small head):

Pink equine browband. :) I've put a plain noseband on the bridle now and it looks a lot nicer.

Haha I am impressed with your dedication to matchy matchy there skippys mum!

OMG Enfys you seem to know all the best places for extravagant bridles, maybe I'll get one of those fancy noble types one day, don't know if haflingers really suit 'baroque'!

Not the best pic as she was in a rather donkey mood at the time but new bling bridle and saddle cloth :D. Didn't go for the pink equine one because they wouldn't do the reins I wanted. May still get that browband at some point tho :)

Ooh I like the saddle cloth! Nice browband I like how her high fashion short forelock shows it off!

I see we have both gone for quite subdued options when clearly deep down we want diamond encrusted ;-) its only a matter of time...
