Show me your cats!!

I have 3, all are rescues :)

Billy, 13 years old, got him at 9 months from the RSPCA with another cat, Biscuit, who unfortunately had to be pts about 4 years ago.

Tilly - yes she does looks bit scruffy ad grumpy, because I woke her up :( and because she is a very old lady at 20 years old !!! Her son and daughter have now passed away, she seems to like it here so is sticking around :)

Here she is

Ahhhhh, Mrs H, that is just gawjus!!!!

Thank you - we love her :)

This is Willow (with OH), our previous Burmilla who we had PTS last November (kidneys). She was nearly 15 and we only lasted a week without a cat in the house!! We missed her so much. We got baby Lulu just after Christmas x

My rescues.

Trixie, then 2, now nearly 5

Tallulah, then 2 now nearly 5 and Kora, then 4 weeks, now nearly 3. Tallulah had a litter of stillborn kittens whilst at the rescue centre and Kora was found in a lorry park at just a few hours old. Tallulah accepted her and I adopted them both, as well as Trixie, above, the same year.

My two are brother and sister, but nothing alike! Their Mum was a farm cat but the Dad was unknown, we're assuming he was ginger because Mum was tabby and white, no ginger, yet she had two ginger babies, two tabbies, a black and white and a black.

They're both 4 in March. I picked them when they were two weeks old.

This is Tom. He is mad, goes crazy for catnip and chlorine!
This is his special face when he's hyper and wondering about something.

Playing and/or doing some awesome dancing!

Rawrrrrr.

And this is Tilly.
This is one of her favourite things to do. As soon as a bag or suitcase appears she gets in it.

And another!

She enjoys lying in the sun.

And then one of them together, which never happens. Tom sleeps on my bed but for some reason Tilly had joined him and they were staring at me!

They're probably the most characterful cats we've ever had. They're so entertaining but also so annoying! They're on a diet at the moment and all Tilly does is howl for food.

Meet Stan (top) and Pepper (bottom). Both are rescues - Stan is 5 and Pepper is 11 - and they're both fully paid up members of the numnah appreciation society :D

And KT again, having just backed my youngster for me.

And my darling Chinook, who went and got himself run over. He was, like many oriental cats,a bit autistic,so when he did not come to bed the minute I was installed,I knew something was wrong. I drove up our drive to the road and checked the verge with a torch, willing it not to be true.I went into the field and for some reason looked behind a water trough.......What I felt when I found his body was relief. It was like he knew he had got it horribly wrong, but desperately wanted me to find him........
We moved house after this, more rent, further to work, but safer for cats.

Brentwood-20110526-00020.jpg

My lovely Ted, boss of the house and a real mummy's boy but petrified of other humans (and the doorbell). He hates Rose with a passion and totally ignores her!

Ted with my beautiful Max, who I lost at 3yrs old to Lymphoma in 2010, he was the best puss ever, and I still miss him so much. He was undergoing chemo in these pics but still found it in him to give little Ted a cuddle.

Thats's her "I hope you've woken me up for (more) food" face. She cracks me up, you can never be miserable around her, she is a big clumsy snuffling oaf - bless her heart!

This is her hard at work:

As secretary (rubbish at tea making but a fab winter wardrobe):

And as carpet fluffer-upper:
