Show name help please

Im looking into getting taz's name on his passport changed when i get the year he was born changed as well after having yet another dentist out today for a third opinioin poor boy two dentists in two days and he definately is only coming up five rather than coming up seven
so while i am at it in the morning on the phone to the passport agency i want to change the name on the passport with a letter from the vet to say it is the same horse
i was thinking DevilGotLucky just as his name is taz and i would have called him tazmanian devil but copy right etc any other ideas would be apprieciated
i dont know his breeding unfortunatley so that doesnt help much either

Dont think there can really be copy right against the name Tasmanian Devil - it's like copyrighting 'dog' or something! They are animals after all

no there is ive emailed BD and BE and they say since tazmanian devil is warner bro's etc i have to have permision to use it

Thats a bit naff ont he copyright, seeing as its actually a species of animal, not a cartoon character I am suprised they were allowed to copyright it! but i guess money is power and all that jazz!

well the cartoon is spelt tasmanian devil so surely you can spell it Tazmanian devil? thats not copyright if not spelt same
