To post a photo, you need to copy and paste the IMG reference from your photo in Photobucket.
Photobucket is free but you need to create and account. You upload your photos to there and then select the pic you want. There are several references with each photo but the last one (IMG ref) is the one you want. If you click on it and then paste in to your post.
