could do with some help.

out yard are going to an in-hand show on sunday on masse & we have only ever done a couple each (and with very different breeds) so bit confused on whats needed.

so here goes,

grey welsh sec A doing M&M class, do i wear a hat or not? is a navy covered skull acceptable & do i need a whip?

black Dales doing M&M class, could she be shown in a control halter instead of a bridle? (young handler is a bit nervous).

if you post this in Competition Riders you may get a few more responses

yes to the hat for the MandM welshy! preferably a smarter hat than a skull cap, but if its a local do then a velvet cover should be ok

Dales, if it is a highly competitive show then no bridle for inhand, plain. However if its just a local do and she is really very very scared, then just go for hte control halter but be aware this will mightly mean a mark down!

have fun!!!

good luck!

o and yes you need a whip, preferably a show cane, if you wear brown gloves and brown cane, if you wear black gloves a black cane (although should really be brown)!
