Silly question incoming…

Rulebook states:
“No false hair, artificial colouring or makeup to be used”.

So chalk is a no no (damn!). Would things to make the coat shine also be a no no? (I use Supremes glistening oil on my other horse which makes his coat super glossy looking).

Also - any recommendations for shampoos etc that are really effective at getting stained tails nice and white?

you should be fine with coat shine, i use the provoke touch of silver shampoo from b&m for white legs and often dont bother with chalk!

I think you’ll be safe either way chalk. No make up/ artificial colour is to stop people covering scars up and such. You’re enhancing natural colour so I’d say is fine.

Me too mine has four white stockings and it’s the best stuff!

Chalk is fine in all showing classes because it's not covering anything up or faking anything.

Only white chalk for SSADL though so no black chalk on black parts if that is a thing.
