Has anyone had experience of sending their horse to a producer ? If so what happened and were you pleased? Also recommendations for good and sympathetic producers in the East Midlands please for Show Hunter.
 
My sec d has been in production since february he is lookin fantastic and they do a brilliant job - i f i chose to i could just turn up to the show and the charge is very reasonable. They get the best quality straw and haylage and hardfeed if necessary. They are schooled as much or as little as needed they take full control of diet and exercise trim bath and get ready for shows. They get to play out everyday not with herds of others. Fantastic job they have done with mine and very reasonable rates considering the work they put in to him! Not all producers are like this though so i would be careful
 
Hi, Would you be prepared to send your horse down to Winchester in Hampshire, the man who produced my boy is a fantastic rider, ive known him for 16 years and he's very good at what he does, all the show horses he has go to HOYS, he has a lovely yard with good facilities and ive always trusted him to look after my boy, he has hacks, show hunters, show ponies and riding horses.
