As Ned is out of action, I was allowed to take wee Sammy to the show this time
It wasn't the show at the yard, but rather within walking distance down the road.
Sammy was so good
I took him in a veteran class. I didn't think he'd even trot as he's very old and getting lazy but he did! So proud of him. We managed 4th out of 4, but I totally agree with the judges, I was beaten by some stunners who really didn't look their age!
After showing Sammy, I went back and got Viking. I wasn't going to compete him, but rather see how he'd react to a show at a different yard and see if I could pop him over the practice jump. He was a bit fizzy when I first jumped and as you can see, it wasn't graceful!! He did calm down and jump better though
