I'm planning to do Riding Horse (large) classes with my mare next year and wondered if anyone had any recommendations for which show saddles are nice. I think I'd prefer a nice second hand one rather than new but I really like the look of the Jeffries Newark. Which ones are generally reguarded as being comfy for both horse and rider. Which do you own?
Should add that I will be getting it prof fitted but would just like some idea's please

I have a jeffies stamford WH saddle - Love it, and use it for everything, its very very comfy but may not be a subtle as you'd want for riding horse.

Like my Farringdon working hunter, it's the same saddle as the Derby House Samber WH just with their name on.

Previous owner jumped WH up to 3'6 and did dressage to medium level in it. I've used it for both hacks and RH at county level and had no complaints, it's quite nice and straight cut.

I have a very nice Silhouette straight cut saddle...that is actually looking for a new home for showing - you can also jump 3'6 with it

Both of mine are now in Silhouette saddles. The new ones start at £550ish and they're beautiful saddles.
I've tried the jeffries stamford, but it was just too small for my bottom, and the DH samber saddle, which I also found very comfy.
