Show shirts - Is my daughter unique?

I am searching for an adult size shirt (slim but tall daughter!) approx size 10, but with a size 13 1/2 collar!
It seems that all adults are supposed to have a size 14 or 14 1/2 neck!! So untidy having a gaping collar for show classes IMO - Does anyone have either a solution or suggestion please?

i have a size 10 shirt from Premier Equine - it has the smallest collar ever - i cant do it up!!!

. I've had to get some of the M and S back to school shirts to get a smaller neck. I got the 16yrs old size if it helps
 
My daughter is very similar in build. The shirt / tie combo just never seems to quite fit. (Along with being super slender and relatively long bodied she also has a fairly well developed front so boys shirts which had been the answer before no really don't work!!) We switched to technical fabric show shirts and a stock. The softer fabric is much more forgiving and comfortable and you can deal with any discrepancies at the neck with the stock. Much neater.
 
Thank you for all your suggestions - sadly a stock is not a possibility at the level we show, but will investigate a few more options you have suggested - Thank you
