Show Sunday... Advice

So the pony and I are on our way to a show on Sunday to do a bit of sj

Just need a bit of advice please
I jumped him Tuesday for a good hour and went hacking today, was planning on jumping tomorrow and hacking Friday and day off then Saturday to plait etc
But now I'm thinking should I jump him Friday or Saturday instead because it's closer to Sunday (soz if I sound confusing ) or is it okay the way I planned at the start. Not really sure if it's a good or a bad thing to jump him so close to a show!

Any advice from you experts would be greatly appreciated !

I would jump Friday then nice long hack on Saturday, good luck .

Depends on your horse!

I have three horses that I compete SJ, and never really jump at home! We only hack/flatwork at home and then jump at competitions, except if we are working on something like speed rounds, skinnys etc

Agree with Figgy. Your horse won't have forgotten how to jump before the show

I normally wouldn't do day off before a show so hack on sat sounds good...
could swap around and have day off today, jump tomorrow and hack Sat
