Showing a part bred arab

Should he be shown in a normal bridle or in a halter?

What sort of bridle/noseband would suit him?

I think a part bred is to be plaited and shown in a normal bridle or showing bridle. The pretty arab bridles are only for purebreds.

normal riding bridle. so brown, flat cavason, possibly pretty ribbon browband and reians over the head.

I have a TB with a 'native' look as I hate mane pulling

He is Saddlebred too, does that make a difference?

If it's a class for part bred arabs I'm afraid it's correct to pull and plait their manes and pull (or plait) their tail, whatever the other part of their breeding or type.

Maybe you could get away with an arab plait?

arab plaits are never correct for showing and to be quite honest make necks look weak and a bad one can make a neck look ewe necked.
