Having bred and shown RIDs for the last few years I've bought myself a piebald heavyweight piebald filly who will be a year old in May. She is traditional and should make 15.2hh with lots of mane and feather. I'm a little confused as to which society to register her with for showing as I'd like to enter agricultural and possibly county shows this year as her conformation and movement are good. How do the benefits of CHAPS and BSPA differ as I can't afford to join both. My filly has a standard horse utility passport so I'd have to get her markings completed and overstamped.
When showing what is the correct bridle/halterwear for a tradition? I have my green tweed jacket etc so should imagine I'll be ok.
Any advice will be much appreciated.
