Took Alee to a RC show yesterday and entered a couple of inhand classes.
Best mare which she won out of a class of 15 or so and 3 year old youngstock which we came 2nd in
.
She behaved impecably most of the time. One comment from the judge in the youngstock class was that she doesn't show off her beautiful floaty trot. Well she didn't until the class of 20 horses in the ring next door started cantering around then she did!!!
She pranced around like a loon but unfortunatly got so wound up that she wouldn't settle and started spining and rearing which dropped us down to 2nd place
. Very unusual for her to be like this, what I need is a happy medium. Not slow and sluggish as normal but not quite as flighty as this. Oh well we may get there one day
