Help! I am desperately trying to understand the showing rules and which society for what. Am I right in saying for working Hunter you have to register with BSHA, but Hunter classes is sport horse breeding (GB)? Or is it the case of depending on shows depends on societies?
picture of said horses which may go showing!

Yes you are right British Show Horse Association is riding horses, cobs and hacks. Sports Horse GB is hunters although the BSHA were running the hunter champs for a few years in tandem with the BSHA champs. Then many other societies as well such as Ponies UK run their own championship classes - I don't really know the hunter side of thing though. If you've not been to HOYS or RIHS then perhaps look at the SEIB Search for a Star classes that go to HOYS. Have fun.

For working hunter:

BSHA administer qualifiers for HOYS
SHGB administer qualifiers for RIHS
So, if you're serious, probably best registering horse and rider with both bodies.

thank you both!
