well after a long hard decision (not sure if you seen my other threads i wanted a hw cob to do some showing) i had a hw cob that turned out to be a happy hacker so was sold to a lovely lady who is now a happy lad and i also have my partner & mine tbx that i was planning on selling too but we have decided that we are not going to be able to part with her soo now i am thinking of doing a bit of everything with her she is an all rounder but firstly wanting to take her to some shows and then maybe more onto dressage (get an instructor for dressage as i dont have a clue where to start)..

So just wondering if you helpful people can maybe give me a clue of what classes to go in, tack etc? (See pics) Thank You in advance...

she looks very well, i have 2 tbs and if i do some showing i tend to go for lightweight showhunter, over 14.2, equtation, and hack classes. I also do in hand in the above classes, if you go in hand, because she has dark legs you need to wear light pants, with the usual jacket and tie. If you doing ridden then its best to have a tweed jacket, with canary/lemon jhods and black boots. I have been told it's best to have brown tack but i have always used black. You may want to get a coloured brow band especilly for hack classes and make sure the bridle isn't to wide for her face or to thin. Good luck hope this has been helpful.
