Okay so I haven't been great at keeping updated with all our outings!

After our last report of our outings to West Fife and some more dressage we have since been back out showing. First week of July seen us back at the Howe Show of Colours, coming away with a 1st and three 2nd's and another evening performance under our belt. A couple of weeks later and we were back along to howe for the Summer show which we missed last year. Very long weekend for Big T as we were there both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday was the day for our hunter classes, coming home with 2nd in both the in hand and ridden hunter and a super 3rd in the 80cm working hunter class (I'm still cursing myself for my daft riding to fence 3 which caused us to have a pole and thus costing the class) Back again on the Sunday for the coloureds to take 4th in hand and win the ridden class!

Exciting news pt.1 - We are now CHAPS registered!!!

Today we went along to do some arena eventing....last year we were eliminated in the 75 so popped him into that again today as a confidence builder and entered the 90 as well. Torin was completely ace, SJ needs a little bit of work to make him a bit sharper behind as he can get a bit careless so we had 8f in both sj sections but my word did he skip round the xc fences. Never for a minute did he think about backing off and just made it feel easy (inc the 90cm table I lost sleep over last night)

Exciting news pt.2 - I have just taken on a little project pony! Meet Spider, 5yo section B gelding :) My farrier has asked if I will produce him for a bit with the idea of him being sold next year.

He needs a fancy name to be registered with, so please send all your suggestions!!!

Hopefully the pictures have worked!!!

Thank you! He was very green when we bought him 2 years ago and so I've spent my time producing him myself :) Sadly, his first owner rescued him and didn't really have a clue about horses so he's just registered as Spider on a Donkey passport!

If he isnt registered with the Welsh Pony And Cob Society he cant do affiliated or registered only classes. He might plait up to be a SHP though!
