So I'm procrastinating at the moment, looking up showing tips for the summer and was looking at supreme products how to guides.

When doing a horses 'makeup' i saw a lot of bay horses out this summer who had used dark makeup around the eyes (often done very un-subtly! :p) which leads onto my potentially silly question..

Whats the deal for white/grey horses? Would you just go with a glistening oil or would you still use some kind of product to contour the face/eyes?

As you can tell i don't do a lot of showing! but would be interested to know.

I had a grey pony as a teenager, always used a little vaseline rubbed around his muzzle & eyes, gave a nice shine,
We also used brylcreme in his mane (native so not plaited)

If more of a dappled grey then a little black makeup in the right places looks good, less is more so no panda eyes and practice at home as its a bit of an art.

If more of a white grey then I'd suggest the supreme products clear as its a lot more subtle.
