Sorry about another saddle thread! Do you think this saddle is straight enough for showing? I intend on doing the odd WH class which is why I have this one.

Also, If anyone has any tips on how to muscle up her behind I would be very appreciative, it looks exceptionally insignificant in this photo!

WH that looks fine but not really for 'flat' showing, shouldn't really matter if you're just doing the odd one anyway though! She looks sweet, to build up bum muscle i would say work long and low but maybe try a pessoa? nothing else touched the side on my lad but he filled out nicely after some time working in the john whitaker training aid (same thing but cheaper)

I recently bought a pessoa for her! Waiting for her to get going well with just side reins before I introduce it. She's not back in work long so fingers crossed I start to see results before the first show comes around. Thanks for your advice! I'm going to end up buying a proper straight cut showing saddle on of these days, I just know it!

For local, it'll be fine. But to be 'correct' enough, then no I'm afraid.

Aw no, do you really think so? I'm not sure what "local" is in Ireland, my local show is the biggest in the country! I think we only have one county show equivalent over here! Its definitely straighter than your average GP though, right?

Does it fit properly as it seems to be off of her back at the back, although it could be an optical illusion due to her blending into the wall. I would think it sits a bit high and could be too wide, if it sat down a bit more it would show her shoulder better it is covering rather too much to be really good for showing, she will muscle up some more and it may then be off her back even more.
If you cannot get a fitter to check it maybe put on some clearer photos.

I'm getting it checked by a fitter, I'm not using it or anything. I have to find a fitter first, not easy in Southern Ireland! Contemplating what to do as I really thought it was more straight cut when I bought it. Saddles are so ridiculously hard to figure out!
