Looking for ideas, ideally end of june-mid july time. Thought of oakwood park, Ouse valley is too soon really.

SO any ideas?

Lavant charity show is on 25th july, near chichester, quite a big, busy show, lots of qualifiers and you get pros there quite often (I like the day out even though we have no chance of being placed!!) Goring and district riding club - just outside worthing - is on the 11th july, again a busy show, some strange judging though and often runs late!! but both are a nice day out if you bring a picnic!!

What sort of classes are you looking for?

We've got shows at Oakwood Park on June 13th and July 4th and 25th.

Well basically just going for some fun, have never done any showing but would love to get into it. Was thinking a veteran class and one other (I think at 18 Pickle qualifies for veteran!?!)

I'm sorry I don't know what type of horse Pickle is but you could def do ridden veteran and then you could do prettiest mare/handsomest gelding if you wanted a less serious class! We've got all the usual showing classes as well as working hunter. On June 13th we've also got some training type classes for horses or riders (or both!) who haven't done show classes before.
