Showing this summer...help needed!

I am thinking of doing a bit of ridden showing this year with my lil cob. He's 15.1h, black gelding and has a welsh decendant somewhere along the line! At the mo we hunt regularly and do odd xc/sj in the summer but have been persuaded to give the showing a go.. Just trying to come up with a witty, original name for the show ring that wont get us laughed at, dont have much to work on tho as his stable name is Baby (nothing to do with me!)

I thought Black something but not v.original!


Any help / thoughts / idea's (showing buff's esp!) would be greatly received, first show is beg April.

He's just a bit of everything really, have no idea on actual parentage i bought him as a youngster without passport etc, he's 12 now so never really found anything out! He's a lightweight cob x gelding, no feather, hogged clipped out etc black with a white blaze v. handsome. Sorry there aren't any pics available, i'm relying on peoples imagination!

How about 'Nimbus'?

Show cobs are inclined to have short and sturdy names that suit them. If you intend to do affiliated you may have to check that the name hasn't already been taken, and possibly have it added, officially, to his passport.
