How weird it has been today getting only myself ready for the show and driving in my car to watch the show, Taf was turned out very well all sleek and shiny he looked lovely.
He only did one class which is the ridden class and came in first, he then took reserve champion for the section.

Really thrilled with the results and couldnt have asked for anything more from him! Roll on BSPS champs!!!

The judge said what a lovely pony and she would keep a look out for him on the circuit this summer!!

Thinking thats a good thing and that we should aim fo rshows where she is judging!!

I stood there watching intensely and forgot to get the camera out of my pocket, he did look stunning though never looked like that when i got him ready!!

Wow, that's fantastic! Congratulations, a great result and lovely comments from the judge!

It is strange just getting up and going to the show without all the palava of getting the horse ready and all that, but it is very civilised, isn't it! And exciting to be able to watch your horse instead of being on board and worrying if its going to buck or p*ss off with you after the gallop!
 
Aww, well done! I did pop up there today but went a bit later and watched the coloured class and the M&M workers. Made me want to go showing - just a shame about the lack of pony power!!
 
She did she did an amazing job, i think she was even surprised herself at the difference. He could only do 1 class though as still far too unfit, we have 6 weeks to get him tiptop for the champs.
He has 3 classes in one day so he'll have to be fit for then, were hoping another 2 weeks we can start jumping him in preperation. She thinks if we did it now he'd keel over!!
Best of all, Taf enjoyed it too he upped his game in the ring instead of looking like he was about to fall asleep!
