Found this quite interesting, may lead to a few unhappy people due to interptation of this rule-

Eligibility

Trailblazers showing classes were developed for the enthusiastic amateur competitor and are open to horses/ ponies and competitors who enter in the spirit of Trailblazers competitions.

Show Organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry without giving any reason.- Suppose that covers them a bit!
