Hi Everyone

I am looking to get my 2 year old Sec D out in hand soon, mainly for life experience, but I don't just want to make the numbers up either ;)

How should I be turned out? I have a halter for him. He is a chestnut, whites, and currently at 15hh.

trousers are best to contrast with the legs so as yours has white legs dark trousers would be better so the judge doesnt get distracted with your legs. also dont forget decent boots/shoes as you need to run quite fast with a welsh. he looks really nice hope you have fun

I did quite a bit of native in hand showing a few years back I wore yellow short sleeve shirt navy and gold tie, navy waistcoat, beige cord trousers a navy beagler and brown short boots, Equitech do some lovely in hand clothes my trousers and waistcoat are from them and I have a few different shirts in different colours as well, I would aim for a darker trouser as your horse has white legs.

What sort of shows are you thinking of doing?
