yes, totally agree with all the above.
someone told me a long time ago that if i do all the organising on the way to a fence and the horse has it down, he'll blame me, and learn nothing. if i leave it to him a bit more and he has it down, he'll learn from it...
which is all very well if you aren't been tanked with at 90 mph of course...

LOL! Very true! Think that was the difference today, he wasnt in pain so he didnt rush so I left him to it, and everyone was happier
