Okay peeps so cutting a long story short I've been searching for that gold dust of a horse that is both a great jumper with potential to win 1m+ and has a good temperament but here's my dilemma -- I don't have the money to buy something that's already been produced and due to disability no longer have the ability to produce a youngster myself.

Where should I start? I've thought about finding a horse to share but am struggling to find anything in my area Hereford/Worcester. I'm not in the position I used to be where I could get free rides by being a crash dummy 🤣

I'm looking to compete again, hopefully if i can combat my illness we'll be aiming for young riders. Any suggestions would be amazing!

Well 1m-1.10m is no more than upper level riding club, plenty of decent allrounders rather than fancy sj’ers could do that.

If you are in a budget and can’t do young, then go old - either loan or buy. A higher level horse needing to come back down the levels. Will likely need some soundness management
